• Health-related data: the photos of your face and any information you share about your nose, breathing or medical history.
• Messages you send us through the form, by email or on WhatsApp.

• To assess your case and give you a medical opinion and price (based on your explicit consent).
• To reply to your enquiry and organise your treatment and travel, if you decide to proceed.

Photos and health information are special categories of personal data. We only process them with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box in our form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Who can see your data

Your photos and details are only seen by Dr. Koç and the members of our team who need them to answer your enquiry. If you go ahead with treatment, the necessary information is shared with the hospital and with the service providers who arrange your transfers and accommodation. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Messages sent via WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. Our website and email are hosted by service providers who process data on our behalf.

5. How long we keep your data

If you do not proceed with treatment, we delete your photos and enquiry within 12 months. If you become a patient, your medical records are kept for the periods required by Turkish health legislation.

6. Cookies

This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work and remain secure. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site – for example which pages are visited and whether the contact form or WhatsApp button is used. Analytics cookies are only set after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; if you decline, Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals. We do not use advertising cookies.
