How much does rhinoplasty cost in Turkey?
With Dr. Koç, surgery-only prices start from $1,900 for straightforward primary operations. The final price depends on the complexity of your case – revision surgery, cartilage grafts or functional corrections can change it – and is confirmed after your free assessment. If you prefer, we can also prepare an all-inclusive package with hotel and transfers.
Is rhinoplasty safe?
Rhinoplasty is a safe operation when it is performed by a qualified, experienced surgeon in a fully equipped hospital. Like any surgery it carries some risks, which Dr. Koç discusses with you openly before the operation. Following your aftercare instructions carefully is the best way to protect your result.
How painful is rhinoplasty?
Most patients describe discomfort rather than pain. In the first days you may feel pressure and swelling, which are well controlled with medication and ease noticeably within the first week.
What is the right age for rhinoplasty?
Cosmetic rhinoplasty is performed once the face and nose have finished growing – generally from the age of 18. Younger patients are only considered for medical reasons, such as breathing problems, and with parental consent. There is no upper age limit for healthy adults.
How long do I need to stay in Istanbul?
Plan around ten days. You spend one night in hospital, rest at your hotel, and have a final check when your splint is removed – usually about a week after surgery.
Is there a difference between a “nose job” and rhinoplasty?
No – “rhinoplasty” is the medical term and “nose job” is the everyday expression. Both describe surgery that changes the shape of the nose, its function, or both.
